This is where built my Action Research Project for my Masters Degree in Educational Technology at Pepperdine University. Please see my journal entries, timeline, blogs and research thus far. I began my action research project by developing a force field analysis. The next step in the process, was to draft a literature review. Once the literature review was written, and approved by my advisor, Paul Sparks, I submitted an action research plan which helped me to focus on my research question in terms of my first action, "Will Establishing a Peer Support Group within WestEd be an Effective Alternative to an Overburdened Help Desk?"
