This course assists students with the concepts and skills necessary to improve their practice via mentoring and team leadership. Students plan and execute mentoring/team leadership projects and share ideas, challenges, and successes online. Reading and experiences will fuel an ongoing dicussion of key topics indluding individual styles, motivation and constructivist approaches to mentoring and leadership.
