moved Roger amazingly further in ten weeks than the trainer, the
unit secretary, and I had in ten months. Now we all care about Roger
and his progress, so that wasn't the factor. It appears that the
JIT3 coupled with the frequency are contributing elements. Having
one source for training so that the effort is more coordinated could
also be a factor.
Ella brings something the rest of us can't: she is a Sociology
major. She understands the field and loves the subject
matter. She knows what will work for the courses and how to utilize
that to help Roger. Roger is the one that saw this.
