Action Research Plan
Action Research (AR) is the central focus of the OMET Program. AR spans and emcompasses the entire year and provides a framework for other course work.

Our plans miscarry because they have no aim. When a man does not know what harbor he is making for, no wind is the right wind.

Action Research is a natural way of acting and researching at the same time. There is a natural rhythm to the way most of us behave. We do something. We check if it worked as expected. If it didn't, we analyze what happened and what we might do differently. If necessary, we repeat the process. It's a series of cycles designed to improve individual's method of practice.
Act > Reflect>Modify>Reflect>Repeat.
