October 12, 2004 - Paths
I have to do what I have to do. I feel I'm on a mission....I am following a path that will lead somewhere, but i dont' know where. Lots of people at my new workplace are trying to push me one way or the other--some for their own gain. This has been bothering me, but I've realized that my own personal philosophy and belief are becoming clearer and more important and that "I have to do what I have to do." I think this is good. It may cause some flack, but it's time for change and it's time to allow the staff to spread their wings and develop their own practice and I think I have the ability (because of technology) to help them do that. That's what I want to do. That's my practice. That's my goal. I'm learning how to build the structures and relationships that help others to develop their potential. I'm just loving this---still worried about all that I have to accomplished, but I love it.
