My inquiry for the first cycle of this research focuses on how the use of synchronous and asynchronous communications on the network, and multimedia technology in my classroom provides a more effective and efficient way in which students can collaborate on learning and receiving feedback; and they continually refine their understanding and build new knowledge of subject matter.

Students as part of their learning are required to reflect on what they have learned and how the technologies have supported their learning. As part of my actions, I want to examine the learning profiles of students to help me understand how the use of interactive technologies enhanced student learning as a way to improve my teaching.
