I have worked at Amgen for 11 years, all in training and development, and have experience in both instruction and instructional design. My main area of work has been in developing and delivering technical training for the organizations within operations. I have always found my job rewarding because I help to educate the staff and managers who are making the products that save and enrich patients' lives.

My project for the past two years has been to develop a training program for our manufacturing facilities in Juncos, Puerto Rico. When all of the plants are functional, there will be four products manufacturing in Juncos, NEUPOGEN^®, Neulasta^®, EPOGEN^®, and Aranesp^®.
