5. Do you have any additional suggestions for improving this course? Although this is an established class, the online delivery is being piloted, so your feedback is very valuable to us.

• The course could pick up speed, it seems we cover about half of what I would expect in an hour.
• It gets drawn out at times
• I feel like it is not organized, It is hard to follow along in the study material and on the computer when you are skipping around to different sections. There is also a lot of background noise here where my cube is and that makes it even harder follow along when your jumping around.
• I would expect to start on page one and work through that days material and then get into a Q&A session. I have limited experience with autoclaves and when questions are asked before the material is taught, I have no way to participate in the following discussion.
• I am getting more out of the reading assignments then I am during the online class.
