- Too many distractions, I need to be located in a quiet room
- Lack of hands-on troubleshooting
- Add pressure graph to materials
- I didn't’t have enough time to prepare – not fault of course
- Much deeper technical content then I needed

- SME often said no wrong way when reviewing answers. He should choose the best one and aim toward standard.
