- Distribute informed consent forms and establish which colleagues wish to actively participate.
- Continue journal entries, reflect on communication and group dynamics.
- Begin Cycle 1
- Evaluate personal communication style
- Distribute questionnaire (survey) to colleagues
- Review questionnaires.
- Correlate personal results with results from colleagues
- Continue to read and review literature review.
- Review journal reflections in light of questionnaire results.
March
- Confirm cycle two questions.
- Make changes to personal communication within the team as indicated by Cycle 1 results.
- Begin Cycle 2 (reviewing group dynamics, sense of trust in group and organization as a whole).
- Continue journal entries.
- Determine missing elements (seek review and feedback from critical friends, LC, Cadre, and MM).
April
- Evaluate cycle 2 data.
- Begin cycle 3 (tbd by cycle 2).
May/June
- Bring together cycle data, personal reflections (blog), and review of literature.
- Write the final report
- Prepare presentation
- Continue to seek review and feed back (critical friends, LC, Cadre, MM)
- Continue to work on personal communication with colleagues.
