Cycle 5

Since my Action Research Project will not end in June, but only reach another Cycle point I need to find a point to pause, reflect, evaluate and prepare a presentation. The revised plan to reach that point consist of the following steps.

Cycle 4

Cycle 4 will consist of gathering input via a survey of potential attendees to the Academy of Faithful Ministry. I will then use that feedback to make final adjustments to the site. This will be where I choose to pause for the purposes of this course and write my Action Research Paper.

Go Live with Pre-Academy Site

I will then go live with the Pre-Conference site and monitor any questions or problems that require corrective action.

Write ARP Report

I will then start writing my Action Research Paper. I generally require at least 4 review and rewrites before I get a paper where I want it, so this could be quite time consuming.

Review Last Year's Presentations

While I have watched some of the presentations from last year, I still need to watch the remaining ones to get a feel for how I want to organize my presentation.

Prepare Presentation

I will take the information in my Action Research Paper and prepare my presentation.

Make Presentation

I will make my presentation in June. The weekend of graduation is the same weekend of the Academy, so unfortunately I will miss the actual event. I have already lined up somebody that is familiar with the site to do the introduction to the attendees.

Cycle 5

I will return to help administer the post academy support site, gathering input and making corrections in what I expect will be several other cycles.
