How can I improve the academic use of technologies already present in the schools that I serve?

“No technology is important—it’s the use of it that’s important.” Pesce, Mark.  The Playful World

Both of the elementary schools that I serve have technologies available which are utilized regularly in the classroom by only pockets of active users.

If I can improve the situation, the technologies that these schools have available for academic use will be actively infused into the curriculum by the majority of faculty members so that high level learning and student engagement will increase.

If no action is taken, students and staff will not benefit from the integration of current technologies that make the workplace more efficient and help to provide students with the 21st Century skills they will need as they graduate.
