Research questions. What is my research question? I do have one, but what makes a good research question? Am I really trying to find out if online tools help to cultivate a community of practice? I'm not so sure. What am I really trying to do? I'm trying to cultivate a CoP that promotes a culture of sharing and learning among my staff. What would be my question for that? It's elusive and I can't seem to capture it. It's like something being on the tip of your tongue.
