Action Research Resources

Action research is then a very iterative process which converges towards a better understanding of what happens as a result of actions taken. Because practices involve other people, action research is participatory, often highly collaborative, and employs both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Graduate programs across the country are supporting students in action research. Many work settings have embraced action research as a collaborative form of organizational learning. The resources listed here can help both students and professionals as they engage in these thoughtful strategies to learn from practice.
